It is a machinery with which the customer fill DIY cotton flannel by themselves in the toys store. can fill soft materials, such as loosening chemical fibre, foam particles and short cotton fibre,etc., into cotton flannel toys.
1.3 Equipped with stainless steel pipe of diameter 25-32, suitable to fill the tiny position of the cotton flannel toy. There is one filling mouth each machinery.
1.4The cotton filling machine case can be filled with 3 kg cotton by hand once.
1.5 Power of the electric motor: 1.1 KW. The fan is wide in applicable power source: Single phase voltage: 200 – 240 V,
50 – 60 HZ. It can be installed and operated in small shop, both in China and in other countries.

1.7 we recommend that our customers to use 32mm 3-dimension curve synthetic fiber as stuffing. We supply this kind of synthetic fibers in packs, and we supply different wool cloth coverings of toys according to customers’ requirements. We have full-time service telephone and supply set-time inspection to machines we sold every September.
