Functions: a switch at bottom, press once to activate fast-blink, 2 times for
slow-blinking, 3 times for steady-light and 4 times to turn off
For changing batteries: pull bottom from the cup gently, unscrew two sliver Phillips-
screws off, remove light-board, turn upside down and replace 3 batteries by sliding
them out with screw-driver, then repeat process in reverse to complete it
