Functions and characteristics

1 Corrosion -resistance
Molded grating is manufactured in an open,heated mold. Continuous E-glass fibres are placed in the mold in alternating layers and completely wetted out with resin .This continuous process produces an integral,one piece construction which provides excellent corrosion resistance as well as bi-direction strength. They can be made with bisphenolic, isophthalic,vinylester or other resins according to environment.

2 Fire-resistance
Qualified matrix resins as well as fire-retardants provide grating with excellent fire resistance performance and its oxygen index is not less than 26,flame speed is less than 25 class A,smoke density is less than 500. For special design grating,its oxygen index could be over 35.

3 Light in weight and high in strength
The perfect combine of the continuous E-fibreglass strand and resin provide grating with light in weight and high in strength and its specific gravity is only 1/4 of that of steel.Its strength is up to and even exceeds that of steel.Many types of gratings meet various load design requirement and ensure perfect design.

4 Ageing resistance
The high-grade resin and anti-ageing inhibitor provide grating long-life ageing resistant performance and the unique design make grating excellent self-cleanness function and keep its brightness and strength over a long time.The service life of grating could be expected more than 20 years.

5 Designable
The characteristics of composites provide the product flexible and designable performance in basal material (resins),colours, sizes, etc. to meet customers unique inquiry

6 Safe and anti-skid deck (Rlo v10 level of the DIN norm)
The high modolus of elasticity and various surfaces provided the super anti-skid performnces.Its surface could be smooth surface,meniscus surface,grit surface and lozenge cover. which is suitable for different working places. The product also has small elasticity that could reduce the fatigue feeling of the workers.

7Insulation
E-fibreglass and high grade resin provide the product super electric performance.Its electric breakdown strength could reach 10KV/mm,Non-electric spark even when impact by tools. .Non-magnetism.It could be used safely under the antiknock, diamagnetism and electric-resistance situation.
