Multi-functional LED Mine Lamp is using the world’s advanced LED (Light Emitting Diode) lamp and lithium battery as main power sources, combined with hand-rotation power up system to form a self-saving effective mine lamp product. The product is based on traditional workmanship with additional hand-rotation sparkle-free design. LED light source and new lithium battery make this product a break-through in the last 50 years of mining industry.



With its hand-rotation battery power, the product can generate electricity to power up the lamp even though the battery is run-out; this enhances the chance of survive for mine-workers when in rescue situation. 1. Usage: the product is equipped with a voltage and current regulator smart-controller which can self-detect the start and end of the battery level, and can self-adjust the most suitable battery output when in harsh power condition. The product’s battery charging device is compatible with almost all kind of mine-lamp battery chargers.

2. Brightness: the product is adopted the new LED light source for illumination. The brightness remains the same from the first 1 to 13 hours with 1200lm, whereas ordinary light bulb type would have a greater difference in brightness from 1 to 11 hours; only 500lm is expected after 11 hours.

3. Total Protection: the product is equipped with over-charged, over-release, and short-circuit protection device with such the power supply can be cut off in 10ms when in danger; this is a manifest of safety mine lamp. The only mechanical power switch generates very tiny electricity current without any sparkle.
