Characters: White crystals. Air was sweet and fat and honey aroma, smell like ambergris. Insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol. Co-exist in the Soviet Union balsam, balsam and Peru balsam Lu properly etc. Insoluble in water, malonic acid, glycerol. Dissolved in 90% ethanol to 1:8. Type aroma with balsam, sweet.
Uses: used in the preparation of artificial dragonfly dragon incense, as in the oriental flavor fixative agent, also used for soap, cosmetic and food flavoring raw fruit flavors.
