The plate heat exchanger is composed by a group of metal bellows to plates,with holes on metal plates.and the heat transfer is carried out by the two flowing liquids in these holes.The plate is installed with lock bolt.Seal gasket is installed on the plate to seal the channel and gasket is installed on the plated,to seat the channel and guide the liquids into the channels alternately.The number of plates is determined by the physical properties,pressure drop and temperature of the liquids.The bellows on plate promote fluidity of liquids,and supports the pressure droop on plate.It is used for cooling and heating of cleaning liquids and water for pharmacy and other fluid foods,as well as pasteurization in some applications.
