The machine works according to the principle of centrifugal filtration. The wet coal enters the space between the screen basket and the turbine scraper through the inlet port and the distribution plate. Under the action of centrifugal force, water and some small particles of coal pass through the material layer as centrifugal liquid, through the screen basket, and then pass through the drain pipe on both sides of the machine to discharge the outside of the machine. Because of the speed difference between the turbine scraper and the screen basket, the coal particles inside the screen basket are scraped off the screen basket by the turbine scraper and fall into the screen basket. In the outlet chute below the machine, it is discharged out of the machine as a dehydration product.
