The product is the foam-like ceramic filtering board of white or creamy white.

The range of application:

It can apply to manufacturing aluminum foil of high-quality. Through the physical absorbsion and chemical reaction, it can effectively eliminate various oxidized impurities in the process of melting and forging alumina, which will reduce the defects of the casts and improve the quality of the casts to supply the further process with the high-quality materials.

Usage Instructions:

Please choose the relative ceramic filtering board according to the above table. Before the usage of the filtering board, it should be preheated and entirely put into the sealed filtering case so as to ensure all the aluminum liquid through the filtering board. The filtered volume shouldn’t exceed the limit in the above table. If there are too many impurities, the following measurements should be taken to make an adjustment. One is to use more filtering pieces and the other is to reduce the through-put capacity.

Warranty period: 2 years (You can also choose a mating case from these of different specifications.)
