Plastic tower packings are made from polyethylene(PE), polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene(RPP), polyvinyl chloride(PVC), chloridized polyvinyl chloride(CPVC) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). They have good corrosion-resistant performance, large void space and capacity, low pressure drop, energy saving ,low operation cost and so on.The operating temperature in media ranges from 60 ~ 150℃.It is widely used in the packing towers of petroleum industry, chemical industry, alkali-Chloride industry, coal gas industry and environmental protection, etc.
The plastic corrugated plate packing is made of reinforced polypropylene(RPP) plate, with good characteristic of anti-corrosive strong, the stack density, small apparent density , suitably for strong acids and high corrosive system.
