Elaborate on:
The quality of the castings is mainly depending on its dope.
Water as the carrier,the heat-resistant casting dope is non-toxic, tasteless, non-polluting and well anti-penetration , and would form a high-intensity surface on the foam. the dope has good suspension capability,and can by dried in the natural air or in the drying room under 45-55℃
Use scope: the mould surface of EPS (lost foam casting) or EPMMA, improving the mould intensity and prevent the casting from emerging defects.
Use method: apply to the method of brushing paint and dip-brushing paint, paint of the mould required drying immediately, the hotter section required painting at least 2~3 times. Drying temperature is 45-55 degrees, the time is about 12 hours, the best drying conditions is ventilation or can be dried in the natural environment, cast when the coat dries completely.
Performance : exterior color : light red (black) ; density:1.3-1.8g/cm3; suspension rate : ≥98% (24 hours); intensity : ≥1.5Mpa; thickness: 0.8-2.0mm; appearance: even coating without impurities or crackles.
Storage : half a year, plastic barrel with air-proof lid , 70kg /barrel
