PCB circuit protective lacquer
The final stage of PCB production, either single side board or multi layer board, should best be protected with our flux for anti oxidation which occured on the copper circuit wire starting within 5 min. and is adversely affecting the soldering process when the PCB has been deliveried to the assembling factories.



since the copper wire begins oxidizing within 5 minutes, the deeper the oxidation the harder the soldering process take place.



The assembling factory should have taken serious measure for eliminating the re work or touchup which will slow down the production that is not economic for money making.



Our protective lacquer can well protect the PCB circuit wire for about one year under normal condition of packing.



It also can replace the expensive OSP. No rinsing is required and is ready for perfect soldering.
