Designed and produced by our company, DCS-B Series explosion- proof truck weighing scale obtained the “Explosion-proof Certificate of Conformity” issued by China National Quality Supervision and Test Center for Explosion Protected Electronic Product. The whole weighing system including weighbridge, load cell, and indicator, can be used in the place of explosive gas and dust.

DCS explosion-proof digital truck scale mainly consists of platform (full steel structure or ferroconcrete structure), explosion-proof load cell, explosion-proof weighing indicator, explosion-proof junction box, shielded cable, power supply, printer and PC with weighing software.

The platform of explosion-proof truck scale is installed on the base of hazardous area, and other parts like weighing indicator is installed in control room. The truck proceeds to platform at the speed of 3~5km/h. During weighing, software performs data processing and storage, and then printer prints out the relevant information.
