Chemical ingredient : rhizoma contain naphtha about 1.5%~3.5% , the ingredient of the naphtha is asarone (C12H16O3) , asaryladehyde (C10H12O4) , calamenone (C15H16O2), calamene (C15H24) , eugenol , methyl eugenol .
