pharmacological action:A kind of macrolide antibiotics.It works on 50S ribosomal subunit to inhibit the synthesis of bacterial protein by blocking transpeptidation and m RNA’s displacement.
It takes effect on the gram negative, gram positive, flectobacillus, mycoplasma, chlamydia, leptospira and rickettsia.
