We mainly use soluble glass lost wax casting process, or known as sodium silicate lost wax casting process to produce alloy steel casting with the following material: ASTM standard 8620, 8630, 4340 and 4140; DIN standard, 20CrMo4 and 42CrMo4.
we have many advanced CNC machines: 10 sets of CNC machining centers, 8 sets of CNC turning machines, 15 sets of CNC milling machines, 20 sets of CNC lathes. We can do the mirror polishing and electricity polishing.
