Usage:
It is a brominated aromatic flame retardant used in thermoplastic and thermoset resin systems and widely used extensively in the manufacture of flame retardant printed circuit boards found in most electrical appliances.It is also used as an intermediate to make other flame retardants. About Brominated Carbon Oligomers Brominated carbonate oligomers (which use TBBA as a raw material) are used to flame retard thermoplastic resin systems such as polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) and certain grades of polycarbonate (PC).
