Ningbo Ideal Anticorrosion Material Co.,Ltd.is the largest enterprise specialized in complex polyethylene tape,butyl tape for anticorrosion and sealing material in China.It has long been a permanent manufacture attached to China National Petrochemical Industry Corporation,the Ministry of Chemical Industry and China National Petroleum Corporation.
In 1998,Ideal Tape was listed into State Torch Project and won invention patent of China.In 2000,the company was issued ISO9001 Quality System Certificate,being the first one in the industry in China.
Our products consists of inner wrap tape,outer wrap tape,joint wrap tape,butyl tape,primer and flexible graphite sealing products, reinforced expanded graphit sheet, reinforced flexible graphite gasket, metal spiral wound gasket,
cut out gasket,
expanded graphite braided packing and flexible graphite yarns etc.It is widely used to protect steel pipes,valve, pump etc against corrosion and sealing in petroleum,petrochemical industry, natural gas, water supply, city gas and electric power industries. Annual product is 5000 tons and coating capability of 2500000 square meters. They are available standard of CHINA/SY/T0414-98 and ANSI/AWWAC214-95 etc.
Polyethylene tape for anticorrosion & Primer
The high quality anticorrosion coating systems of polyethylene tape for pipelines of any diameter for petroleum, natural gas, water supply, city gas, oil and electric power industries etc.
Anticorrosion coating systems are formed by the best combination of primer, inner wrap tape (anticorrosion coating tapes) and outer wrap tape (mechanical coating tapes).
The tape as consists of two parts:
1. Adhesive: Inner layer of Butyl rubber.
2. Backing: Outer layer of Polyethylene (PE) Plastic.

T140(0.40mm), T150(0.50mm), T180(0.80mm);
Outer wrap tape:
T240(0.40mm), T255(0.55mm), T280(0.80mm);
Joint wrap tape:
T360(0. 60mm), T380(0.80mm);
Thickness be 0.40mm-0.80mm,
Width be 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm, 230mm.
Butyl tape:
T4100(1.0mm),T4200(2.0mm),T4300(3.0mm)
Width:15,20,25,30,46,50mm.
Primer:
P19: Solid content 19%;
P27: Solid content 27%.
