Among them, Hengcheng 14.00-20-20PR shoe for sponge solid tyre dedicated for all-direction lined sinter is especially produced by Xiamen Zhengxin tyre producing factory. It is heat-resistant and abrasion-assistant. Its quality is obviously excellent. With a liable quality, it is widely used in dozens of large-sized and medium steel factories in China. It becomes the main product of our company. Recently, our company produced 16.00-25-28PR solid tyre for large-sized sinter machine with a daily output of 10000 tons. Jointly assembled with machines produced by Shanghai Hujiang Mechanical Factory and Tangshan Metallurgy Mecanical Factory, it is used inФ3.4m×14m sinter set in Rizhao Steel Company. It reaches an output of 500t/d. the reliable capacity and good results greatly improve production efficiency and fill the gap of using large-sized solid tyre in supporting driving for cylinder sinter.
Processing according to customers’ requirements:
We are in charge of processing sinter mixing machine and assistant assemblies. We produced two sets(Ф3.8m×15m), two sets (Ф3m×9m) and two sets(Ф3m×12m) mixing machines for Jiuquan Steel Corporation, and the whole machine equipments (Ф2.8m×7m) for Lingyuan Steel Corporation. At the same time, it is able to process sponge solid tyres of different specifications according to the provided measurements.
