Our company now is the vice chairman of China Weighing Instrument Association(CWIA). The main technical men in our company are from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. We own the independence knowledge right for all products. We have abundant R&D experience for∑-Δ A/D conversion, capacitive sensor, super low power consumption scale, high quality load cell and processing circuit. Some of our technology has been transferred to other famous weighing apparatus company in china, and we have done ODM for about 180 factory or company.
Area of workshop in our factory is over 41000m2 , the ability of manufacture annually is 2,000,000 scales and 2,000,000 load cells. Our factory owns more than 1000 sets manufacture and testing equipments, including automatic SMT equipment, automatic high speed crimping machine, wave crest jointing machine, plastic injection molding machine, PC controlled carve-milling machine, digital control machine, 100m final assemble pipelining, automatic plastic-blast pipelining, etc. Main workshops all have independent temperature testing room to ensure product quality. We have over 1000 employees with strong technique power and having gone through strict special training. We have got ISO9001:2000 quality management system certificate and our main products have got OIML, RoHS, CE, CCC, NTEP,UL certificate.
