Hot melt adhesive with a layer of semi-flexible heat-shrinkable tube. Outer layer is composed of radiation cross-linked polyolefin, specially designed for the inner layer is the inner wall of the plastic; wall melt when heated and contraction with the outer wall of the pore or gap filling, cooling, double-wall pipe wall thickness uniform and solid.
