At present, the company occupies 12000 m2 and have over 200 staff including 16 technical personnel. Introducing advanced Japanese equipments, the company is specialized in producing all classes of springs for air hose reels, cleaners, timers, meters and toys, spiral springs for safety belts, home appliances, constant force springs and all kinds of elastic components; and supplies high elastic and heat treatment carbon steel springs.
With strong technical force, the company has precise shearing machine, hardening & tempering production line, which can control the temperature below 2C, hardness in HRC±1, precise auto charging machine, micro-control shaping machine, Vickers & Rockwell hardness tester and full-auto moment measurer for guaranteeing quality and development. We supply high elastic and heat treatment carbon steel springs as well. Our products are widely used for many famous brands such as Panasonic, Jonchen, Samsung, Midea, LG.
