Perlite fireproof door core board, a new product in China, is consisting of expanded perlite and inorganic glue. It is non hazardous, enviromentally and user friendly; It is light, density is 250-300kg/m3; It can be cut to fit the size of door; It has good performance on fireproofing and heat insulation. Widely used in wooden and steel fire doors. The burning behaviour of this product is classified as A1, the highest rate, in accordance with GB 8624-2006, classification on burning behaviour for building materials of China. Currently, it is the best material for fire doors and the only product can meet the requirement of GB 12955-2008, new standard for fire door of China.
